Refund policy

There is a 30 day return policy in place, and in order to be eligible, your item(s) must be in the original condition in which it was received.

To process a refund, considering it is applicable, please send an email to nicola@nicolasartystuff.com stating your full name, order number, description of the item, along with a reason for the return.

Once your item(s) are sent back to us and fully inspected, I will send you a notification e-mail in which you will be updated on your refund or exchange request.

I do not grant refunds for shipping or processing times that are longer than the estimated shipping times. All of my shipments are guaranteed for delivery. However, there may be circumstances that are out of my control causing your order not to be completed. If this is the case, I will resend your order to the shipping address that you provided in the original order.

I grant refunds or replacements if the product has a defect or been damaged. You are also eligible for a refund or replacement if I send you the wrong product.

I do not grant refunds if you provided an incorrect address as I ship the exact product(s) selected in the purchase. I will do my best to process changes to your order if you notify me immediately about changes to your order. However, please keep in mind that if the order was processed or shipped by the time you notify me, I cannot change your order and refunds will not be granted.

Delayed Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account if you think you are missing a refund.

If the refund is still not still visible, contact your credit card company and your bank within the next few days. A refund will be credited to you.
